Kustomer is a digital platform that helps businesses of all sizes streamline their customer service. We developed a new brand campaign that could be used for a variety of upcoming initiatives, including their booth at 2023’s ShopTalk convention, a sweepstakes event, and continued communications for their free trial.
The campaign centers around a simple copy construct—with Kustomer, you get more of what you want and less of what you don’t want. We worked with UK-based illustrator Ryan Todd to bring the whimsical sing-song nature of the headlines to life. Ryan’s style is clever, simple, and streamlined—a strong tie to the brand and the Kustomer platform.
