Dignity Health

Hello humankindness

A small sampling of work from over 4 years of experience with Dignity Health.

Hello humankindness, Dignity Health’s tagline, embodies the spirit of genuine care, empathy, and kindness in healthcare and beyond. For over 4 years I was fortunate enough to act as art director and designer on a large number of both consumer-facing and internal projects for Dignity Health, spanning across their brand-level and regionally-focused endeavors. Below you will find a small yet broad selection of works created for Dignity Health, spanning broadcast, branded content, integrated campaigns, and social content.

Warp to a Project

The Lonely Snowman

We partnered with stop-motion animators from The Nightmare Before Christmas to deliver a powerful reminder for the holidays.

What started as a social project turned into a full-blown broadcast production. The Lonely Snowman is a stop-motion short that shows us the world isn’t always as cold as it seems.

Mindfulness with Jewel

Dignity Health and singer-songwriter Jewel came together at the intersection of mindfulness, kindness, and healthcare. I was the art director and a key creative on the team to develop this branded content series for Mental Health Awareness month.

Santa Cruz

In Santa Cruz, California, Dignity Health boasts the largest network of top-quality health care locations. However, many locals are unaware of this fact and opt for out-of-town alternatives. To address this issue, our campaign showcased Dignity Health’s proximity to popular spots in a whimsical tone, aligned with the brand’s style. To highlight convenience, we designed custom maps of the area, enlisting illustrator Danielle Simonelli for her perfect style suited for Dignity Health’s needs.

Buzzcut

Dignity Health’s brand campaigns showcase authentic moments of humankindness through found footage, and occasionally, a moment emerges that stands out against the rest. “Buzzcut” is one such spot—a touching home video where a father shaves his head to support his daughter with alopecia. To celebrate this heartwarming story, we invited Riley and her family to California, where they shared their story and became our guests of honor at a pop-up salon, partnering with Locks of Love and celebrity stylist Anh Co Tran.
